Prerequisites required to take this course:
Current Red Cross SFA or equivalent:
- St. John’s Ambulance SFA
- WCB OFA level II or III
- Canadian Ski Patrol Certification
- LIFESAVING Aquatic Emergency Care
- EMA Level 1 or 2, EMR, EMT) with a CPR C (Basic Rescuer)

Please note that practical first aid and public speaking experiences are desirable, but not mandatory.
